Directions to 2007 Montclair Home Games
MHS HOME GAMES, Montclair 973/509-4072 & 4103
MHS Varsity and JV Week Day Home Games for 2007 will be played at FORTUNATO FIELD - "The Cage"
How to get to Fortunato Field -
From Route 46 (or Route 3 West):
Take Grove Street Exit. Head South towards Montclair for approxiamtely 5 miles (proceed through traffic lights at Bellevue Ave. & Watchung Ave.). Make a right at traffic light onto Chestnut Street. Fortunato Field is approximately 1/2 mile on your right (Essex Ave).
From Garden State Parkway:
Exit 151 Watchung Avenue. Head West (right from North and left from South) towards Montclair. Proceed approximately 1 3/4 miles and make a left onto Grove Street. at traffic light. Proceed approximately 1 mile and make a right at traffic light onto Chestnut Street. Fortunato Field is approximately 1/2 mile on your right (Essex Ave).
From Route 280:
Exit 8B - Prospect Avenue North. Proceed approximately 2 3/4 miles. Make a right onto Bloomfield Avenue (traffic light by gas station). Proceed approximately 1 mile and make a left onto Valley Road (traffic light, Montclair Police Dept. on far left). Proceed approximately 1 1/4 miles and make a right onto Chestnut Street. Fortunato Field is approximately 1/4 mile past MHS on your left (Essex Ave).
ANDERSON PARK
From Route 46 (or Route 3 West):
Take Valley Road Exit. Head South towards Montclair for approxiamtely 3 1/4 miles. Make a right onto Bellevue Avenue (Upper Montclair town center). Make 1st left onto North Mountain Avenue (approximately 100 yards after crossing RR tracks). Anderson Park is on your left.
From Garden State Parkway:
Exit 151 Watchung Avenue. Head West (right from North and left from South) towards Montclair. Proceed approximately 2 3/4 miles and look for a railroad bridge. Proceed under the bridge and make a right to remain on Watchung Avenue. Proceed approximately 1/2 mile and make a right onto North Mountain Avenue (blinking light after crossing Valley Road). Anderson Park will be approxiamtely 1/2 mile north on your right.
From Route 280:
Exit 8B - Prospect Avenue North. Proceed approximately 2 3/4 miles. Make a right onto Bloomfield Avenue (traffic light by gas station). Proceed approximately 1/2 mile and make a left onto North Mountain Avenue (traffic light and Montclair Art Museum on right). Anderson Park will be approximately 2 miles north on your right. |
